Role Overview
The Business Development and Events Manager will lead partnership development
and the planning and execution of events that strengthen organizational visibility,
engagement, and resource mobilization. The role combines strategic outreach,
relationship management, and end-to-end event execution to support organizational
growth and impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development & Partnerships
● Reach out to NGOs and corporates to develop collaborations and manage CSR partnerships and events.
● Identify and engage prospective clients interested in capacity-building trainings, mental health, and employee wellbeing programs.
● Explore and develop markets for Art for Good events and social film initiatives.
● Identify new collaboration opportunities to showcase Red Dot Foundations’s work and expand partnerships.
● Maintain strong relationships with partners and clients, providing regular updates on project progress.
● Research and scout potential grants and funding opportunities for social films and e-content related to Art for Healing and Wellness initiatives.
- Events Planning & Management
● Plan and manage all events from concept to execution.
● Coordinate logistics, vendors, budgets, and stakeholder engagement for events.
● Ensure seamless on-ground execution and post-event reporting.
- Brand Promotion & Campaign Management
● Develop and execute promotional campaigns for the published books, including Wine, Love, Tango, and the She Is series.
● Identify and reach potential book buyers through targeted outreach and partnerships.
● Support marketing initiatives to enhance audience engagement and visibility.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Representation
● Represent the organization at networking events, cultural forums, and partnership meetings.
● Build relationships with corporates, artists, NGOs, media partners, and community stakeholders.
● Strengthen long-term collaborations through consistent engagement.
- Monitoring & Reporting
● Maintain partnership and event documentation.
● Track engagement outcomes, campaign performance, and event impact.
● Provide monthly updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
● Prepare post-event and partnership reports.
Required Qualifications and Experience
● Graduate in any field provided the applicant is passionate about art, social change and possesses the relevant skills for business development.
● Minimum 1 year of experience in business development, partnerships, events, or communications.
