Location: India (with occasional field travel) Employment Type: Full-Time Role Overview The Monitoring, Evaluation and Impact Manager will be responsible for strengthening Red Dot Foundation’s ability to measure, understand, and communicate program impact. The role will lead the design and implementation of monitoring, evaluation, and impact measurement systems across Safecity initiatives, enabling evidence-based learning, accountability, and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Monitoring, Evaluation & Impact Measurement ● Design, implement, and periodically refine monitoring, evaluation, and impact measurement frameworks, including indicators, baselines, targets, and outcome pathways. ● Develop and operationalise impact indicators aligned with program goals, theory of change, and donor requirements. ● Measure short-, medium-, and long-term program outcomes and impact using qualitative and quantitative methods. ● Plan and conduct baseline, midline, and endline assessments to assess change over time and program effectiveness. ● Analyse data to identify patterns, trends, and evidence of impact, translating findings into actionable insights.
  2. Data Management & Analysis ● Lead the collection, compilation, cleaning, and analysis of data from multiple sources, including surveys, safety audits, digital platforms, and field reports. ● Ensure data quality, consistency, and ethical data practices across programs. ● Work with digital tools, databases, and technology platforms to strengthen data systems and reporting workflows.
  3. Impact Communication & Storytelling ● Prepare high-quality analytical, impact, and donor reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal teams, leadership, donors, and partners. ● Support program teams in integrating learning and impact evidence into program design, adaptation, and scale-up. ● Document and disseminate lessons learned, case studies, and best practices to support organisational learning and advocacy.
  4. Capacity Building & Collaboration ● Train and mentor field and program staff on M&E tools, impact measurement approaches, and data collection protocols. ● Collaborate closely with program teams, leadership, and external stakeholders to ensure alignment between program implementation, learning, and impact goals.
  5. Reporting & Donor Compliance ● Prepare periodic donor and internal reports. ● Ensure alignment with reporting timelines and compliance standards.

Required Qualifications and Experience ● Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Public Policy, Project Management, or a related field. ● Postgraduate training or coursework in research, monitoring, or evaluation is an asset. ● 3–5 years of experience in Monitoring & Evaluation, impact assessment, or development sector research.

Desired Candidate Profile ● Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in monitoring, evaluation, research, or impact measurement, preferably in the development or social impact sector. ● Strong understanding of impact measurement approaches, indicator design, and qualitative and quantitative research methods. ● Ability to interpret data and communicate clear, compelling impact narratives to diverse audiences. ● Strong writing, presentation, planning, and organisational skills.

Remuneration: Based on experience and qualifications.
