Rashmi Lamba: India Council Chair at Geena Davis Institute / Project Lead for Engagement TISS Project / Curator for the MAVA Film Festival

Rashmi Lamba Is an independent Director, producer, and the ‘India Council Chair’ for the Geena Davis Institute on Gender in Media. She has held pivotal roles at leading international Film Festivals in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Toronto. She has launched the FICCI FLO Film Festival and Forum and spearheaded the MAMI-Mumbai Film Mart. She directed ‘Begumpura -The Wives Colony’ for the OMNI Rogers Network in Canada and is currently producing ‘Conversations Matter’ on redefining masculinity. Committed to gender parity, she is the 'Project Lead for Engagement' on a Research Study by TISS titled ‘Lights, Camera and Time for Action: Re-casting Gender Equality Compliant Hindi Cinema’.

Bruno Andrade: Associate Creative Director, Ogilvy Singapore

A Brazilian Art Director Bruno is currently working as an Associate Creative Director at Ogilvy Singapore. With 15 years of experience, Bruno has worked with major brands such as Toyota, Lexus, Heineken, Sk-II, Olay, Fiat, Samsung, and of course with Red Dot Foundation with the very meaningful ‘Bioscope Stories Vs. Bollywood’. Through his work, he tries to create stories that resonate with people and his very empathetic approach has won him multiple awards on platforms like Cannes, D&AD, Clios, and Gongs. He is a flag bearer of gender equity and is constantly working on positive narratives to create a more inclusive world.

Aahana Kumra: Actor

Aahana Kumra is an actor in Bollywood who has earned critical acclaim for her work in theatre, television, and films very early in her career. Born in the culturally rich city of Lucknow, Aahana's early fascination with performance art led her into the world of cinema. She captivated audiences with her powerful portrayals of theater. From humor to intense characters, Aahana’s versatility has shone through her diverse roles in films. She is known for the film "Lipstick Under My Burkha" where Leela, the protagonist, embodied the aspirations and conflicts of a young woman challenging societal norms, a role that resonated with viewers globally. An advocate for women's empowerment, she uses her influence to champion the rights and achievements of women and believes that with talent and tenacity, one can illuminate the most compelling stories.

Nikhil Taneja: Co-founder and Chief at Yuvaa

Nikhil Taneja is a multi-award-winning writer, producer, storyteller, entrepreneur, teacher, and youth mental health advocate. He’s the co-founder and Chief of Yuvaa, India’s first Gen Z-driven youth media, research, and impact organization. He also serves on the Board of Directors of the girls’ education-focused international non-profit, Girl Rising. Nikhil is currently the creator and host of Be A Man, Yaar!, the viral chat series on positive masculinity.

Julie: Web & Multimedia Communications Specialist, United Nations Alliance of Civilizations

Julie Ann Ladanan is a versatile multimedia professional whose skills span various facets of communication. From crafting engaging web stories to designing compelling visuals, developing code, and formulating outreach strategies, she seamlessly navigates the diverse landscape of communication. At the United Nations Alliance of Civilizations (UNAOC), she dons multiple hats overseeing the entire spectrum of digital communication products. She manages the communications strategy for flagship UNAOC programs, such as the PLURAL+ Youth Video Festival, the Intercultural Innovation Hub, Young Peacebuilders, and others.
